Is Waylink a manufacturer or a trader?
A manufacturer. Every batch is made and released against specification in our own fully-sealed plant with in-house analytical, microbiology and stability labs.
Where are you located?
Corporate office in Kolkata; works in Howrah, West Bengal, India. We export worldwide.
Do I deal with the manufacturer directly?
Yes — no trading desk between you and the maker.

Are your Excipients vegetable or animal-derived?
Stearates and Stearic Acid are 100% vegetable/palm, Halal and Kosher, with no bovine or tallow risk.
Are they BSE/TSE-free?
Yes — vegetable origin, with BSE/TSE-free statements provided.
Which certifications do you hold?
WHO-GMP and ISO 9001:2015 (certified by IAF), plus Halal and Kosher.

Which pharmacopoeias do you certify to?
IP 2026, BP 2025, USP 47, EP 11 and JP 18, plus FCC food grade where applicable.
Do you issue a CoA per batch?
Yes — a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis with every lot, plus MSDS, TDP, specification sheet and Statements of Origin.
Do you have a DMF?
A Drug Master File is under preparation; TDP and specification documentation are available now.
How do you test heavy metals and lead?
In-house, on our own Atomic Absorption Spectrometer.

Can you supply custom grades?
Yes — surface area, particle size, bulk density, mesh, whiteness and physical form are engineered to order.
Do you offer named Magnesium Stearate grades?
Yes — WLSPL-MS TAB (tablets), INHALE (inhalation) and SOL (water-dispersible).
Is your talc asbestos-free?
Yes — certified asbestos-free on every lot by dual methods (XRD + PLM/TEM).
How low is the lead in your Zinc Oxide?
≤ 10 ppm standard, < 5 ppm special grade, AAS-verified per lot.

What is your MOQ?
From 1,000 kg, with single-batch lots at 20 MT.
What is the lead time?
A 7–10 day batch manufacturing lead time post order confirmation.
Can I get a sample?
Yes — representative samples with a batch CoA; request via the Request Samples page.
What is the shelf life?
60 months across the range, stored per recommendations.
How is it packed for export?
Paper bags, HDPE or fibre drums with double LDPE liner, heat-treated pallets and planned container stuffing.
Do you deliver to Bangladesh?
Yes — overland via Petrapole–Benapole in 10–12 days.
