What it is
Engineered, not off-the-shelf
Talc — purified hydrous magnesium silicate — is a glidant, anti-sticking agent and filler valued for smoothness, absorbency and moisture protection. In pharma and cosmetics, two things decide whether a talc is fit for use: it must be certified asbestos-free, and it must be visually pure — free of the dark specks that betray a commodity grade. We deliver both, and certify them on every lot.

Every lot is tested for asbestos by dual methods — XRD and PLM/TEM — with safety traced back to the orebody. 'None – certified' is printed on the CoA for the lot you actually receive. Our flagship reaches 99% whiteness with zero dark specks — a visual-purity guarantee commodity talc can't offer, comparable to the top European pharma-talc mills. Whiteness available from 93–99% and fineness from 325–1200 mesh, graded to your formulation.

Most talc on the market is sold on assay and mesh alone. Black-Particle-Free (BPF) is the grade we developed in our own plant to solve a problem those numbers never capture — and it is the clearest example of what manufacturing ourselves lets us do for a customer.
The problem it solves
In a white tablet, a face powder or a baby-care product, one dark speck is a customer complaint — and a rejected batch. Ordinary talc carries those specks from the orebody through milling, and no monograph limit catches them.
How we achieve it
Selected high-purity ore, our own milling and classification line, and a dedicated visual-purity inspection built into release. Because we run the plant, we control every step that a dark particle could survive.
Why it can't be traded
BPF is a manufacturing outcome, not a paperwork claim. A trader re-packing someone else's talc cannot create it or certify it — which is precisely why so few suppliers can quote this grade at all.
