Real formulation problems, solved with the right grade.
The fastest way to understand what we do is to see a problem like yours get solved. We're building out this section with verified, customer-approved results — here's how we approach two common problems today.
Approach · Direct compression
Cutting lubricant load without losing anti-sticking performance
The problem formulators bring us: a direct-compression tablet showing borderline dissolution or occasional sticking, usually traced to a commodity Magnesium Stearate used at a relatively high level to control sticking.
What we recommend: WLSPL-MS TAB, our high-surface-area (to 20 m²/g) vegetable Magnesium Stearate, which typically allows the lubricant level to be reduced while maintaining anti-sticking performance — surface area and PSD verified on the CoA per lot.

Losing the white cast without losing SPF confidence
The problem formulators bring us: a mineral sunscreen using general-grade Zinc Oxide that leaves a chalky white film, alongside a need for stronger lead assurance on a daily-use, family product.
What we recommend: a no-whitecast, nanoscale Zinc Oxide (surface area 20–30 m²/g) at the <5 ppm special lead grade, AAS-verified per lot.
